I damaged my computer. First I brought it to the Apple Store. I was ready to buy a new one but I wanted my data (years of work) transferred to the new computer. They told me "no." So I brought it to Double Click and they said "sure!." But they charged me $129.
The downside with Double Click is the "bench fee." Apple Store diagnoses for free.

Well, the first day we thought everything was going fine. The technician showed up later in the afternoon then worked until 7pm. He said everything was fixed and working properly and we paid him and his company a little over $500.00. Once he gone, my wife and I went out to dinner. The next morning I went to turn on my system and nothing worked, it kept asking for passwords, had errors when trying to open documents and such. The iCloud did not work as he stated he set it up for me. So, I had to call them back the next morning to help me get my computer working. The same technician showed up hours after I called and charged me another $135.00 to get it finally able to receive emails and such. I called the owners of the company telling them of my disappointment and asked them to make me it better and give me credit or a portion refunded for the second day to finally get it working correctly. After playing phone tag with one of the owners, we finally spoke and she offered me a $25 credit for the next service call. Well, after buying a new laptop from them for over $2,000.00 in June and hundreds of dollars in other repairs, I have come to the conclusion that this company is not worth working with.

The staff at Double Click is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the equipment they sell as well as any software you may ask them about. They were extremely helpful with the purchase of my son's laptop.

I've been buying Mac computers from Double Click for years... they are FANTASTIC!!! I can't say enough about how knowledgable and helpful they are. They can fix any problem (not that there are many problems with Macs) and extremely responsive. I've spent a lot of money there over the years and never regretted one cent.
