The owner Dakota did an amazing job! He was punctual and prepared, I love professionals that respect my time. Additionally, we walked me through the actions he was taking and why they were important. This gave me great comfort as a new home owner that I have an HVAC company that is so knowledge, trustworthy and extremely personable. You feel appreciated as a customer, which is rare when you deal with larger businesses. I would recommend DKB Comfort Solutions to all of my friends and family without reservation.

Dakoda and Mike exceeded our expectations. They arrive on time and finished the job earlier than expected. They explained everything they were doing, and gave a very thorough explanation of how the system and remotes work. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. Very professional. Use quality equipment. Love our A/C - Heat pump.
