Two business days before the appointment, I receive a message from Linda letting me know they made a scheduling mistake and I will need to reschedule my appointment. I returned Linda's call and they managed to figure out a way to keep my appointment, as I was scheduled to leave the country the next day. Five minutes later, Linda calls back and tells me that they won't be able to service my dryer because they don't stock Miehle parts (which they knew when I made the appointment and failed to tell me) and even though I encouraged them to still come and diagnose the issue, so that the part can be ordered while I'm traveling, Linda basically told me that they wouldn't be able to do that. This was a specialty brand which they don't have parts for and they just wouldn't be able to help me. Unbelievable! I told them they had horrible customer service. Basically, Diehl just didn't want to come because Linda messed up their schedule. She came up will all kinds of excuses as to why they couldn't help me. I've never had such a terrible experience with an appliance repair company... One would think that with a name like "Specialty Appliance", they would have told me they don't stock Miehle parts and would have still offered much better customer service! So disappointed!
