Dennie’s was great! Very careful to cover everything in my bathroom before starting. Has a 5 year warranty on the product so I feel it was a great value. They let me know the potential costs to complete the work if the tub had been refinished before or not so there were no surprises on the cost. They were able to add some texture on the bottom of the tub so I don’t need to worry about it being slippery. Overall great service! Would definitely use them again for work in the future!

Dan is very personable. Excellent job on tub repair and refinish. He was careful to protect, prepare and clean up. From first call to job completion, Dan was as timely and professional as one can ever ask. I hope my tub looks this good for years to come! NOTES: Prep and finishing in a small bathroom is not the same as doing it in a controlled environment. Expect a few tiny rough spots and to inhale fumes. Given the conditions, I feel Dan gave me my money's worth.

Can't believe I waited for so long to have this done it looks fantastic and the price was a fraction of what I would have paid to replace. Contractor explained how to clean, 5 year warranty I will and already have given out his card recommending him to resurface to a friend, thanks home advisor, great service.

the gentleman who did the powdercoating was not only friendly but very courteous. He explained exactly what he would be doing. He also cleaned up wonderfully when he was finished. Yes I would highly recommend Dennie's Resurfacing to friends and family.

I was happy about the work, what I did not like is the fact that he told me one price and then when I could not remember what he said so I thought it was $550, he said ok but thats what we will go by, my husband said he told you $500. and when we got the bill the $500 was crossed off and $ 550. was put in, my husband called and said he knew he changed the figure. He told him he would refund the difference but never did. It just seemed dishonest. Outside of that I was happy, too bad for $50. e made me feel this way.

I feel we were over charged for the work performed. He just apoxied over the hairline crack and charged $125. He used the toilet without asking. He spent more time on the phone than he did actually doing the repair. He did call when he was going to be late but wrote down the wrong address.

From initial phone call, to finished product, it was a pleasure to deal with Dennie's as a contractor. All phone calls were answered, or returned promptly, and our home appointments were to the minute. We turned a horrible 1960's "harvest gold" cast iron bathtub into a gleaming white, flawless centerpiece of our bathroom re-model in a matter of 3-4 hours. I wish I could show pictures of the transformation on this site, and have already recommended him to family and friends who have seen the finished product.

Poor refinishing done, and needed to comeback to refinish tub a second time. Second time wasn't much better than the first. Runs in the paint, paint on the threaded drain, peeled paint of the walls, paint in the new grout and tile. Was told to finish the bathroom first then they come to do the tub... Bad idea... They spilled paint thinner on my newly refinished hardwood. Owner said he needed to talk to partner about any refund... Never heard from since... After i posted it on 02/07/15, the contractor called me back right when he saw it. he then told me that he would refund me the entire cost to make it right... that was over two months ago... and still nothing... Update: they fully refunded the cost of the job. I will attempt to use them again to reevaluate.

Job was a bath resurfacing. Initial phone screen hit on all the critical points including history of similar jobs, our job scope, typical duration, cost, warranty, company website, and scheduling. Dan verified appointments, was punctual, explained before doing, answered all questions, and was in general a joy to work with. I would absolutely ask Dan back on subsequent jobs. He is very professional but personable, he came on time, was clean and did the job I asked him to do. The results are so good that my contractor thought someone had removed the tub and shower and put new ones in. I plan on calling him again for future projects
