Scott returned the message I left at his office promptly. Scott was able to fit me into his schedule within a short time, which was appreciated since I suspected a leak, but wasn't sure. The home where the work was needed had been rented out and there was no known problems until the tenants left and then mentioned they saw some water in the basement. I had seen a possible wet area near the furnace and some evidence of pressure relief values operating, but didn't know for certain. I didn't expect to be at the property when Scott was scheduled to perform his work, but happened to be there. Scott took the time to diagnose the problem properly, explain everything to me in detail and restore the system to desired operation. Scott's work was very professional and of very high quality. I'd highly recommend Deater Mechanical to others.

Excellent service! I called at 8:45 AM to ask him to check & repair the unit, by 9:20 he was there, and by 9:40 the unit was up and running.

Scott does very good work. Unfortunately Scott started the project during a lull in other work, then immediately after starting his main work (HVAC) kicked in and we took back seat for a while.
