They removed about 500 viruses from my computer and gave me a loan computer while they did the work.  They answered all of my questions and I really enjoyed working with Scott.

My entire experience was A-1.  CT continuously is evaluating the quality of anti-maleware products.  When it is time for an upgrade, I will return to CT for its latest recommendation.

Kourtney was prompt, courteous and professional. I wish all businesses could operate like CT. Life would be so much simpler!

They were able to get the work done and were able to save everything I had on the computer as well. I thought they were a little expensive, but they did good work in a timely manner and the service came with a warranty. The gentleman was very polite, helpful and accommodating. My computer has worked just fine since then and seems to be running a bit faster.

Our laptop became infected with a virus which made it unusable.  I took the laptop to their offices.  They  fixed it within a week at the agreed price.  Part of the fix was the installation of anti-virus software which has served us well.

I dropped off the laptop.  They performed a diagnosis.  Computer was fixed within two days.  The computer has been functionaing normally ever since.

Woman's PC crashed when I was using it.  I couldn't debug it, so I took it to COMPUTER TROUBLESHOOTERS OF WEST ALLENTOWN, which is near where I live.  I think I had learned about them from Angie's List.  They had it done sooner than expected.  I was slightly upset at the price, but not with anything else.  I would use them again, if they fix Macs (I don't know if they do), because that's what I use now.

Took my laptop in because I thought it had a virus. Computer Troubleshooters did a scan and found no virus. They then did further diagnostics and found two problems, major problem with hard drive (many bad sectors, I think) and incorrect settings and an old version of Internet Explorer. They updated IE and corrected the settings, and replaced the hard drive (copied everything from my old drive to the new one). They gave me prices up front, and were very fair. Very responsive, kept me informed, and did the work quickly. Completed the work when promised. I suppose their prices are "the going rate", I don't have anything to compare it to, as I rarely need computer repairs. Given their performance in all other respects, I would use them again -- they seem trustworthy, competent, and fair.

I may give them another chance, I'm sitting on the fence about it right now. My problem was a little bit odd, they are probably fine with more conventional service needs.

The technical person arrived a few minutes early and proceeded right to work. He was pleasant and professional. I told him what wouldn't work for me and he cleared then up.

They came to my house on time, they were polite and they work efficiently.

Computer (Windows XP Home) was acting abnormally. Unable to log on. Computer would begin boot, start loading personal settings, then shut down. Safe Mode boot showed same results. Took PC to shop in AM, and it was done by end of day.

Came one hour after receiving my call. Fixed the printer. There were no problems.

Stopped into the shop about 9:30am to talk to someone about my problem. I dropped the tower off about 11:30am. At 3:40 I got a call that the computer was ready to be picked up. Unbelievable. I took the computer home, hooked it up and thought I had a new computer. Will be going back there for future service.
