It's been great. We are new pet owners for a year now. They've just been very informative, very helpful with everything we need. Their prices are good. All the people that work there I find to be very caring.

They were very friendly and prompt with the appointment.  They were easy to find and had parking.  The waiting and exam room were clean.  We only waited in the exam room a few minutes for the doctor to come in and they did a full exam.  The doctor was very friendly and gentle with Dexter.  She engaged us in a conversation and explained what she was doing as she examined Dexter.  We will be going back. 

The staff keep an organized schedule and greet us by name when we arrive. The office is clean and bright and modern, wtih computerized records that make it easy to get a copy of all procedures and treatments that were done. They provide an online service to look up my pet's information as well. There is plenty of parking, and appointments are available whenever I need one. I have met people who have followed Dr. Cawley for many many years and traveled across towns to reach her office. I have been going to Dr. Cawley for 2 years, and I will continue as a happy customer.

Dr. Lisa Cawley was very friendly and knowledgeable.  His ears were fine and she was kind enough to empty Coal's anal glands. Coal really liked her and did great when she gave him his shots.  Dr. Cawley's staff was also very friendly and made Coal and I feel welcomed.

Tati is an elderly Maltese and Dr. Cawley has Always been thorough, compassionate and helpful with all Tatis issues over the years.

A lot of people use them in my area and I would highly recommend them.    It is a smaller veterinarian service and the care is more personal.  They get me in quickly and are friendly.  They call me up to make sure I am aware of my appointment.  It is more like a neighborhood experience.  It is a professional place where I feel comfortable taking my pet.  I am using them again in the future.
