Easy to setup appointment. Parking next to business. No waiting. Professional manner. Performed a comprehensive appraisal. Documented results properly in an exemplary report that had all required references. Answered any questions properly. Overall it was a great experience having a cherished family heirloom appraised for replacement value, i.e., insurance purpose.

I felt very comfortable with Jane. She was open and friendly, while retaining the ability to be honest and frank about my jewelry. I did not expect to learn as much as I did about diamonds and jewelry; I asked many questions when I did not understand terminology, and Jane was never condescending. She took her time with the appraisal, repeated measurements, and even opened some books so that we could track the pricing of my stone over the last 18 months and evaluate the price paid. Overall, a surprisingly positive experience; it was clear that Jane took pride in her business, and I will be recommending her to friends.
