I've always felt that Real Estate mortgages were the worst possible financial transaction that you could ever involve yourself in. Tim Mittl and the team at Caliber Home loans in Bethlehem, PA showed me that this was not always the case!! We were referred to Tim amd Caliber by our relator (Noelle Seaton). We had an unsual situation that we were working in. I was working out of state and home for a week. We had a week to find a realtor, find a mortgage and a home to buy. We started with the pre-approval, which was done in 1 day, we found the house and had an accepted offer late in the week (with a closing date in 5 weeks!). Tim met us on Saturday to finalize some of the paperwork that we could before I left town again! Tim was always available by cell phone or e-mail and we were able to get all of the required paperwork to him electronically, he even offered to let us bring paperwork in and they would copy documents there for us. I have never had a mortgage transaction go as smoothly and efficiently as this one did. Tim and his team are serious about keepin a committment and a schedule. This was the first time that I've ever had a scheduled closing date actually happen without postponement. He has a quality team surrounding him as well, Gina, in the office did a terrific job as the loan processor, and the title company that Tim uses did their job as well.
