I'm retired and observed work crew when they were here working.
Out of a three man crew (owner did not work) only one man worked really hard.Second man worked when he wanted to. Third man was a total waste.
Lack of supervision (no forman/boss) caused many problems. Owner was sporadically around for short periods of time.
I kept track of all time worked. First day they arrived about 9:30 am and quite about 2:00 pm. Other days crew worked about the same, avg six hour work day.
Numerous equipment break downs (I'm talking hours) also delayed progress.
I used my tractor and loader to help out because progress was slow due to lack of work by two employees. I told owner about this.
Owner of business seems to have some personal issues. Based on my experience I'd be surprised if this business is is still in "business" come the end of the year.
I would not recommend this company.

They did excellent work, it seemed like a fair price and the follow up service has been good. I will use them again in the future.
