Bethlehem Precast Inc. A BilcoB door is a metal door that's like in the back of your house and you open it out and you walk down into your basement.  They also have precast steps from a mold or whatever.  My experience overall was very good.  I was trying to plan it that they would be here right before the siding guys because when you put this door on it's at an angle and you but it up against the house and then you put the siding over that, so what I wanted to do was to rip the aluminum siding off have them come, put it up against the house and then when the siders came they could side around it and it would be done.  Well I called and I don't know what happened and I called again and then he said I have to sign the contract, I signed it, got it in the mail and he wanted the want the whole amount of money.  And I said to him I'm sorry we don't pay in full before the service is done.  He said well I can't do it any other way.  I said, and they do have a good reputation, but I think this money up front part stinks.  So I said look what can you do for me, this was the Vice President, I said I really want to use your services but we will not pay the whole thing up front.  I said I'll give you half now, the other half, this was when I signed the contract, half with the contract and when he comes I'll give him the rest.  I don't know if I can do that, what can you do for me?  Finally he said okay.  And I said they are coming on Thursday, this was the Friday before, can you get here anytime before that?  I don't know.  Well he did, he got here the same day the siders were here. It worked out, it worked out.  But the siders had to wait a couple of seconds while he put the door up and then they went around it. But they do excellent work.  That's why I wanted them.  I don't think the way want all the money up front, I don't think anybody should give 100% up front before they get the service done.  That's just me.  They do quality work.  It's just the way the do business.  I guess they got burnt in the past, but you know.
