Based on the two other reviews on Angie's list, I chose to call Mr. Heiser.  I had to wait about a week before he could come, but it was worth it.  He's a very friendly, professional, and efficient piano tuner who knows his art and loves pianos.  I felt that he gave me a helpful and honest evaluation of my piano's condition and didn't suggest a bunch of potentially unnecessary fixes that could cost an arm and a leg. His price is very reasonable as well and he gives discounts to piano teachers.

I called to inquire about having my Wurlitzer upright piano tuned. I was able to speak with someone immediately and have my questions answered. Service was scheduled for the following week. Upon arrival, my piano was inspected and I was given a breakdown of my options from bringing the piano in-tune with itself to bringing the piano to concert level performance. All options were detailed, pricing was reviewed, and suggestions were also given based on how I was going to be using the piano. All prices were very fair. I had the piano tuned that day and was very happy with the service I received. The piano sounds great and I've been playing ever since. I will definitely be calling again in the future.
