DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! For starters, their price was high. I talked them down $400 by threatening to walk away. They will budge. Then when it came time for the installation, they lied to me each day and kept putting it off day after day. Installation time was two weeks late. The installation was not good. Seems popped up about a month later everywhere. They gave me a hard time coming back to fix it so I did it myself. The worst thing of it all was the carpet padding. I paid for an extra dense padding. What I got was a cheap padding that looks like duct tape on both sides. It was not stapled and just lays on the floor. I am furious about it because I did not realize what they were installing. It makes a crinkling noise whenever it was walked on and sounds like your walking on tin foil. The salesman laughed it off when I complained and said it would go away. He lied and knew it wasn't going to. I get furious every time I walk on it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!
Description of Work: Installed bottom liner and new carpet. Tack strips were previously installed.
