If there was a 6th star, Russ and his company, Arctic Frost would get it from me. And I have worked with many Angie's List, Home Advisor, Lowes, Home Depot, and many brick & mortar contractors. Russ would be the only 6 out of 5 among them all. Why? Working with Russ was like working with my father, neighbor, or friend. You can trust Russ will do a better job than your own relative would do. He cares and truly enjoys electrical work. He explains the technical and that goes a long way with someone like me with a formal engineering background. I plan to hire Russ for many future jobs to come.

The work looks fantastic and passed inspection the first time. Payment was easy and the price was fantastic for the work that was done. Thank you Russell!

The entire experience was very pleasant. Russell came out quickly to assess our situation after water got into our electrical panel. We were able to get a new panel installed over the same weekend!
