They showed up - but unfortunately, this was after our freak snow storm and there was snow on the roof, so they couldn't actually SEE what the problem was. Weather was promising to be beautiful the rest of the week, so they said they'd be back at the end of the week to take a look and see what was going on.
THEY NEVER SHOWED ... THEY NEVER CALLED.
I feel that if that is the way a company treats you BEFORE any work is done ... I don't want to rely on them to actually show up and do the job. They're off my list for any future work.

Home Building
A permit was obtained and the proposed repairs approved by the township inspector. Prior to replacing the siding the work was again inspected and we were told that an outstanding job had been done.
