He was overpriced, but he did an excellent job.  The only problem I had with him is that he did only what he wanted, and did not listen to what I wanted.  I asked him to make it as low maintenance as he could because I didn't want to be constantly maintaining it.  However, what he did was the most high maintenance landscaping, and he doesn't come back and do maintenance at all.  Once he puts the design in place he's gone and would not come back.  It's beautiful.  There's no doubt about it, but it's very high maintenance.

The project went great from the estimate to the completed job. Evan took us on a small tour of a number of other projects he did, and exihibited a great knowledge of the subject matter. His team was very professional and efficient. I plan on using him again next year for other parts of my yard. I gave the price a B only because it seems like a lot of money, however, in reality Evan's rates were comparable with other estimates that I received.
