Sydney B Moore Estate Sales

Fawn and her crew were very professional and attentive to our needs. From the setup, to rhe sale, to the cleanup, they far exceeded our expectations. The bonus was, we made more money than we thought possible for what there was to sell.

Fawn and her team staged and priced everything in the house from large furniture items, to garage tools and tractors, to kitchen items, down to used cleaning products. We wanted to sell everything and they put a sticker on just about all of it! The day of the sale, they showed up on time and worked all day selling our stuff and repositioning things to keep the sale moving. The next day, Fawn's clean-up crew came to remove the things that didn't sell and sweep up the house and garage and basement to leave everything clean for our closing. We made money, Fawn made money, and everyone was very happy. Fawn and her crew are professional and really know what they are doing. I would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them if you are considering selling your household belongings. Honest, Trustworthy, Reliable!!!

The basic cost for the house sale was $1500. Once the sales reached that amount, Fawn took a small amount of the remaining profits. The rest of the profits were ours, and we did not have to do any of the selling or organizing or pricing. We were not there for the sale.
The estate sale started at 7:30 AM and ended at 3 PM. Over the next few days items that were not sold were hauled away. The house looked great.
Since the sale was held over Easter weekend, we had some things that  could not be discarded at our local dump which was closed. One of her staff did some extra hauling for us at an additional charge,and we were happy to pay him.

I didn't walk away with a big pile of money but I didn't have to clean out the house. They took care of everything that was left and they left the house broom-clean. She gets the first x amount of dollars to pay the people that work with her and she said that she would not have taken the job if she didn't think she could get that minimum amount. After the minimum, she gets a percentage. I had a piano that she sold and I don't know what I would have done with the piano. It would have cost me plenty to have someone come and move everything out but I walked away with a couple of bucks instead. She really knows what she's doing in terms of watching everything and having people to move the big stuff.

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THE AMOUNT OF WORK THEY GET DONE IN A MATTER OF A WEEK. THEY ARRIVE SEVERAL DAYS BEFORE THE SALE TO SORT, PRICE AND ORGANIZE. THEY STAFF THE SALE AND WILL CLEAN UP AND HAUL LEFTOVERS. THE MORE ITEMS YOU HAVE, THE BETTER THE SALE.
