vacuum cleaners
 + -1 moreI felt this was dishonest on his part, even though he said he did not know. How could a person in the business not know what he was selling was re-manufactured? I returned the 'new' vacuum for a refund and left.
Description of Work: Recommended not repairing my Hoover Vacuum Cleaner which had the self-propel feature mal-functioning because it would be too costly. He then sold me a 'new' one. When I got home I noticed the manufacturer tag said it was 'remanufactured', NOT NEW.
