I give South Hills Movers my strongest possible recommendation. From my first contacts with the office, through the estimate, through the move itself, everyone working at the company provided us with the highest level of courtesy and service. Aaron Smith and his crew were especially impressive, working very hard and efficiently while maintaining a cheerful and gracious disposition. We could not have asked for a better experience and are recommending the company to all our friends.

They were excellent. They moved some very heavy stuff and were very friendly and polite. They moved all the stuff in and put it where I wanted. They were very efficient and their price was less than half of their own estimate since we moved some of it ourselves. We would highly highly recommend them and we would definitely hire them again.

They did a great job. Our mother is 85, so she cant do a bunch of packing or moving by herself. They showed up early in the morning, packed everything up and put it in the truck. Moved it to her new apartment, unpacked and everything put in the new place. All in about 5 hours. They were all very kind and courteous and very experienced at moving. They made what could have been a very stressful day much easier.

They promised and delivered as promised. They were easy to work with. The furniture arrived on time and in good condition. The office staff helped all the way from setting up the cost estimate to the day of the pick up to the delivery. Great company.

Very easy move

Everything went great from estimate to actual move. I asked for 2 move dates separated by 5 days - scheduling met my needs. Moving crew was great. Did everything I asked including packing my kitchen which was not part of original request. Also moved furniture that I decided I didn’t like in original position. The crew never acted like I was asking too much. Kelley at the office called me on move dates to make sure everything was going ok. Cost was on high end but to get an experience and crew that was excellent was worth the cost.

The workers were phenomenal!!! They were courteous and professional. We moved from a larger office space to a smaller space, and made sure before they left that every thing was where we needed/wanted it to be. I cant thank you all enough for making this move go so smoothly.

South Hills Movers came out to give me an estimate and scheduled the move with 3 movers for 5 hours. They arrived on time with 4 movers instead of 3 and did an excellent job of moving my furniture and boxes to my new home. They worked efficiently and were all very pleasant and accommodating. They did the work in less time and for less money than estimated. I would definitely hire them if I ever move again.

Could not have gone better. Incredible experience from start to finish. The crew's care, professionalism, skill, speed and amazing strength defied description. We've had big moves two other times. These guys set the standard.

I was thrilled with South Hills Mover, from the estimate process to scheduling and the move itself. The movers were careful and did not break anything. They made a complicated, big move very easy for us. The final price was several thousands of dollars less than the estimate from their South Hills competitor.

The move itself went really well. The movers were professional and understood that this was our first time using a moving company to move. I only noticed one item of furniture damaged, but the damage was so minimal that it wasn't worth filing a claim for. The two complaints that I have are, one, on moving day, the man packing our kitchen left one cabinet full of glasses and did not pack the baking sheets that were stored in the warmer drawer of the oven. The second is when the representative came to quote me for the move, we discussed the moving date, which happened to be a Saturday. After reviewing the quote with my husband, I signed the paper work and submitted the deposit. After I paid the deposit, I was emailed a new quote telling me the hourly rate would be increasing by $25/hr because the move was scheduled on a Saturday. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I wasn't given the correct hourly rate during the initial meeting and it wasn't until after I paid the deposit was I notified.

We moved our house a couple weeks ago and unfortunately South Hills mover was not available. We ended up going with another company and they were terrible. We were fortunate not to have South Hills do our move today. They were absolutely spectacular. Totally professional and moved everything very fast. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Their cost were in line with every other moving company.

Alright. Not bad

They were wonderful. They were really good. They provided extra boxes for some of the things that we didn't know we needed boxes for. The provided better pricing than other companies.

Could not have gone better. The estimator Ronald Martin was extremely helpful and professional. The estimate was fair and very accurate. Pick up dates and times and delivery dates and times were exactly what South Hills Movers advised us. While all of this was great, the incredible part was the professionals that did the hands on work. I have never seen a team move so efficiently and carefully. This team was incredibly hard working on miserably hot late June and July days. Every object was carefully padded and moved. There was never a lost moment. South Hills Movers had to shuttle our belongings to a second truck because of an overly steep driveway. While the entire team worked incredibly hard we cannot say enough about John and Matt. They moved the house like they were moving a relative. There were kind, patient, poised and a model of professionalism.

Very well....was very impressed.
