Everything went well. They arrived on time and did excellent work. In fact, they arrived when my elderly mother was by herself at the house, and she became rather nervous. They recognized this and came back at a later time when my brother would be present as well. By the end of the day, my mother was in the basement with the workers trying to offer them food.
