TONY ALWAYS STARTED ON TIME AND COMPLETED THE WORK ON TIME. WHENEVER HE WOULD BE LATE FOR A DAY'S WORK HE WOULD CALL IN ADVANCE. FOR EVERY PROJECT HE HAD A CAD DRAWING, EVEN FOR THE PLANTINGS. HE GAVE EXPERT ADVICE WHEN WE HAD ODD IDEAS AND WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO TRY OUT SOMETHING HE HAD NOT CONSIDERED. ONE NICE THING IS THAT HE IS RESPONSIVE TO PHONE CALLS, RETURNING MESSAGES WITHIN A DAY. HE IS POLITE AND HAS A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOR. THE PRICING WAS SLIGHTLY MORE THAN WE HAD PLANNED BUT THE WORK EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE FACT THAT WE HAVE ASKED HIM TO DO THREE SEPARATE JOBS IS A TESTAMENT TO OUR APPRECIATION FOR HIS CRAFTSMANSHIP. HE ALSO DOES SUPERB WOODWORKING BUT WE HAVE NOT HAD HIM DO THIS WORK FOR US.
