I was very pleased with them. They called me back, came when they were supposed to. They did a great job. Came back today and cleaned everything up - I was very happy with them.

THE WORK WAS FINE. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A DELAY DUE TO RAIN, WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE. THE JOB ALSO REQUIRED WORKING AROUND SOME RETAINING WALLS, WHICH THEY REBUILT NICELY WHEN THEY WERE DONE. IT DID TAKE A WHILE TO ACTUALLY GET THEM OUT TO MY PROPERTY. WHEN I FIRST AGREED TO HIRE THEM, THEY ASKED ME IF I COULD WAIT 2-3 WEEKS SINCE THEY WERE BUSY. I AGREED, ALTHOUGH IT TURNED OUT TO BE MORE LIKE 4-5 WEEKS AND REQUIRED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS. THEY MADE ME A LITTLE NERVOUS WHEN THEY SUDDENLY ASKED FOR HALF THE PAYMENT AFTER THEY WERE MIDWAY THROUGH THE JOB. UP TILL THEN, THEY HAD NEVER GIVEN ANY INDICATION THAT THEY WANTED ME TO PAY IN INSTALLMENTS.

ED WAS PROMPT IN CALLING BACK, ARRIVED ''ON TIME'' TO DO AN ESTIMATE, AND HONEST WITH ME REGARDING HIS ASSESSMENT OF THE JOB. HE SAID HE DOES NOT TYPICALLY DO THIS KIND OF ''REPAIR'' WORK BUT HE ACCOMMODATED ME BECAUSE HE WAS IN THE AREA AND ABLE TO FIT ME IN WHILE DOING A MAJOR JOB IN MY NEIGHBORHOOD. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK, AND APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY.
