RUSCH GLASS INC

Folks from Rusch came to measure the space for the glass wall, but when they returned many weeks later (in late July) with the glass, they found it didn't fit because they did not adequately measure the space.  So, they had to remake the glass with the new measurement.
Well, here we are three months later, and I still do not have the shower glass installed.  My contractor has called them multiple times over several weeks, and I have now called twice.  Their phone representative keeps giving us the same line, that she is trying to figure out who she can pull off of a commercial job to do the install.  It does not take multiple weeks to figure out how to divert someone for the install of a single pane of glass.
Of course, they have already been paid for the custom glass, so they have no incentive to finish the job in a timely manner.  But lest this complaint be couched as a one-time occurrence, I will add that my contractor has informed me that this behavior is a pattern for Rusch Glass, since he has used them before:  they don't make much effort to satisfy small jobs because commercial jobs pay more, so they have no motivation to pull someone off a commercial job.
I will never use this company in the future.  And I will advise any contractor I work with in the future not to use this company for glass.  I would be willing to adjust my scores somewhat once they complete the work, if they ever do.  But I can tell you now, I have not been treated as a valued customer.  So consider very strongly how important it is that a job be completed on time before using Rusch for your glass work.

Job done well. I dropped off patterns and picked up my glass when it was ready.

He did a good job, but I ve seen better work. The door has done its job and the quality is pretty good. He also did keep to the schedule that he had and installed it when he was supposed to. It looks OK, but it s not the best. I really don't know if I would hire them again or not.

RUSCH DID AN EXCELLENT JOB ON REPLACING THE WINDOW. IT LOOKED BRAND NEW WHEN I PICKED IT UP. CLEANED THE WINDOW AND RE-SEALED IT. DROPPED WINDOW OFF IN THE MORNING AND IT WAS READY BY NOON THE SAME DAY. EXCELLENT QUALITY, PRICE, AND SERVICE. ALL AROUND GOOD EXPERIENCE. ONLY COMPLAINT IS THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL WHEN WINDOW WAS COMPLETE AND THEY DIDN'T. WE CALLED THEM IN THE AFTERNOON AND THEY SAID THE WINDOW HAD BEEN DONE FOR SEVERAL HOURS. THAT SMALL COMPLAINT ASIDE, I WILL GLADLY RETURN FOR FUTURE GLASS & MIRROR PROJECTS.

THEY WERE LOCATED IN BETHEL PARK, REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICE, AND DID A NICE JOB.

WE CHECKED AROUND AND RUSCH GLASS GAVE US OUR BEST PRICE. THIS IS A FAMILY BUSINESS THAT THE OWNERS TAKE GREAT PRIDE IN. WE CHOSE A TINTED GLASS FOR OUR DESK TOP AND IT LOOKS GREAT!
