I am so thankful for the kind, compassionate, and caring staff at Donati's. My family does not provide much business to Donati, but, over the years they have been the florist of choice for decades. This latest experience, though will be the most memorable for me and my Mother. The day after my 85 year old Mom's (only sibling) sister died I found myself escorting Mom to Donati's to select a funeral basket. Even though there was a "no flower" request, Mom wanted to select an appropriate and meaningful floral display for the viewing. Mom's idea was to select perennials that could later transplanted. The challenge was to select plants that would survive out of doors and still be appropriate for the funeral home viewing. After consulting with a few of the designers it was decided that they did not have what Mom envisioned. That is, until we headed toward the exit door. In the refrigerator case Mom caught a glimpse of miniature red azalea plants. The designer, who appeared to be of college age, assured us that she would put together a display that would please Mom. At a time when words are insufficient to explain the loss of a sibling, a beautiful basket of 5 red Azaleas, expressed the love of a big sister. These plants are now located in Mom's front yard and will be a reminder of her sister. Thank you Donati's.

I HAVE HAD A LONG RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. EVERYTHING ABOUT THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT, QUALITY-WISE. THEY ARE EVEN ABLE TO HANDLE LONG DISTANCE ORDERS WITHOUT A PROBLEM.
