It went very well. Steve did a great job on all of my floors. He was very precise with his estimate. His work was very meticulously done. He used only the best products as he had recommended to me. Steve did the job alone which took longer than expected, however, that was due to him planning, preparing and working around my ability to utilize one of the bathrooms during his installations. Steve came in a little higher in his quote, however, it was worth the extra to get a the precise detail that he puts into his work. He did a beautiful job on the toe kick and bathroom trim as he appears to also have great carpentry skills. I would definitely recommend and use Steve in the future for his work.

Steve's estimate was detailed and accurate. His attention to detail is excellent. Steve replaced a ceramic tile bathroom floor, repaired the walls, installed a new vanity and toilet. As is common in renovations, additional work beyond the original scope was necessary, specifically the wall repairs. Steve had great suggestions and the additional work was done efficiently and cost effectively. I would recommend Steve for any interior renovation.

Steve and Fritz do fine work and were flexible to our changing plans, new needs, and changing schedule. Totally trustworthy. Good with communication on scheduling. We are grateful for their fine work.

Mr. McWilliams was very prompt, pleasant, and responsive from the first phone call for an estimate. He was also patient with me after I had to pause work for 2-3 weeks before he could start.
He has an employee, and one or both, as needed, showed up daily as scheduled until work was fully completed. They are ready to work upon arrival, awake, pleasant, and energetic.
The house was kept clean, showing their respect. Even when Mr/ McWilliams did the plaster repair, including sanding, there was no visible dust outside of the room he worked in.

Steve does quality work at a great price. He communicates well and ensures that the project does not go over budget. He's reliable and personable. I've hired him back for other smaller jobs and he always does a good job. My bathroom wows my guests - we used simple, less expensive white tile but he did an exceptional staggered pattern that made it look like a million dollars. He added thought and creativity to the job that I very much appreciated.
