Randy was on time and had no issues working with my busy schedule. He even went the extra mile when finishing to make sure the remaining prep and paint work would be minimal. Thank you! Very much appreciate the extra efforts.

Initially everything started out well; we were pleased with the work and they were easy to work with. However, after the projected completion date came and went and work was far from being done, they became very unreliable and would go weeks without showing up and not returning calls. For example, we were told on June 1st that work would be completed by July 4th, then no one showed up or returned calls from June 15th to the end of July! A four month project turned into 1 1/2 years and still was never completed. Additionally, they brought potential customers through our house while we were at work and put pictures of our house on their website without our knowledge or consent. The project never was finished and we had to pay to have work done on our own. There were also MANY items that were done poorly/incorrectly and caused our house to fail the final building inspection and will be quite costly to remedy.

WERE 2 WEEKS LATE STARTING PROJECT. PROMISED COMPLETION IN 2 WEEKS. TOOK 2 MONTHS! NEVER KNEW WHEN THEY WOULD, OR WOULD NOT, SHOW UP. HAD TO REQUEST CLEAN-UP OF MESS--DEBRIS ON PATIO.
