Excellent. Dale went above and beyond in my opinion. He quoted us a price and that was exactly the price even though he ran into several unexpected issues. He and his team were very professional. The work was truly exceptional. We thought we knew what we wanted before we started the project and Dale gave us several great ideas and we are so glad he did. I would not hesitate to recommend him for any job.

He was excellent in his work. He showed up on time, worked until 5:30/6:00. If something didn't go right, he fixed right away. Very friendly, reliable and did good work. We were very pleased with his work. We've since gotten to be friends. If something happens, he is out right away to take care of it.

On time, responded immediately to calls/texts, explained everything that was going to happen and how, Dale went out of his way to make our project work and get us what we wanted while staying on budget; and what I liked most, it was pretty much non-stop until it was done. This was a huge financial decision for us and kind of frightening; but what a breeze with these guys. Met some great people along the way and we hope to fall into some $$ so we can finish the basement and update the back porch. Very, very happy. Recommended highly.

I am an ongoing client and professional contact to Dale Lackey. I hire Dale to do work on my specifications for, Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and some small additions. I like Dale because he is the person who does the work. When he gives me a price, he sticks to his price and he does good quality work. I have never had a complaint from one of my clients in regards to his work. I use Dale on projects in the south hills and have been working with him for over three years. I am an Interior Designer, and project manager that does full project remodels and I subcontract work to Dale when his schedule is free. I love to work with Dale because we have a good working relationship, if there's an issue or a problem we fix it. He doesn't drop the ball. I can usually hand over my plans, get the materials and rely on Dale to install it correctly.

The work is outstanding! He communicated well with my wife and I and had a lot of style and design input to add. With his construction skills and design input we were able to have the basement area we always dreamed of having! Everything was completed to a high degree of perfection. I am normally very critical of any construction work but I could not find anything to complain about with Dale's work. My wife wants to add more projects to our "To Do" list and she fully intends to contract Dale for the work. HIGHLY recommended!!

It went extremely well. I was most impressed with the communication from Dale regarding dates and times. He picked up the necessary materials, scheduled the project, arrived on time, and worked efficiently and quickly to fix the wall, drywall, and cedar. I knew exactly what was going on because of his communication with me regarding the problem. He was kind enough to help me out quickly. I would ask him back again for other projects, and wish that I had known him 6 months ago for a renovation with another company that did not go as well.

Dale is excellent. First and foremost he is professional and knowledgeable and is willing to teach and give advice. Dale treated my house as if it was his and gave me excellent advice on ideas and ways to solve problems. I wanted to do part of the reno and learn from Dale as well and he allowed me to do that. He game me trade information and worked alongside me when I had a chance. Dale even gave me suggestions on how to save cost and time. Dale was on time and professional and Derek and the plumbing subcontractor Dale recommended are excellent. Dale is very talented at all the trades and carries pride in his work. He made sure every last detail looked great. I am going to have Dale and his crew work on a couple more projects and would recommend Dale to anyone.

No construction was ever done. I never got a written estimate.

Dale was punctual and insightful. He is very good at drywall and electrical work. The painting and clean up appeared a bit rushed, but overall he did a very nice job.

Very well. Mr. Lackey was extremely professional. He provided accurate estimates. He explained things in a clear way so that someone unfamiliar with construction work could understand. He was extremely resourceful in dealing with problems that developed in working with an older home.

It was an excellent job. It was very methodical and precise. He is a very meticulous person.
