He came over to do an estimate. It was a simple job. He said he would contact me within a few days but never did. I called him again and was unable to reach him I didn't get a return call. I finally did reach him and I said, "What seems to be the problem? If you don't want to do it, just tell me." He says, "Oh, I've been busy." I said, "The least you could've done is just pick up the phone and told me. I've been a previous customer. It's not like I'm somebody new." His attitude was such that he didn't really care. As far as I'm concerned, I wouldn't recommend him to anybody. He never got back with me on a price. I couldn't understand the attitude. I'd used him on two other occasions. We didn't have an outstanding bill. He did do some good work when he did it. The price, in the past, was on the expensive side but was good work. Actually, he came one time for my dad, to look over the job to see what it would entail He asked me if I still have some paint from the other woodwork adjacent to the closet that would match. I said I did and went out to the garage and I gave him the paint. He took it back with him and I didn't hear anymore for weeks. When I was finally able to reach him a long time later, I said, "All I want from you now is the paint returned." He said, "Alright, I'll bring it tomorrow to the house." It didn't happen til a few days later. He just left it at the door.

Vince jacked up the deck and replaced the support beams.  It is a lot more complicated than it sounds.  He was punctual, professional, and clean in all the work that he did.  It did take a while to get him out here to do the work because of his workload, but the wait was well worth the end result.  I would recommend this company.

I contacted Vince Kelly to replace our roof. His estimate was very fair in comparison to other estimates I had received. He was always very responsive and was the only company that guaranteed me that I would have a new roof before winter even though he was as busy as everyone else. He was true to his word and my roof was completed in the time frame he said. His crew was on time every day and I was very impressed with their work. We had a great experience.

I contacted Vince after heavy ice and snow ripped the gutters off the front of the house. He showed up the very next day and replaced the gutter and downspouts. Later we discovered water damage in 2 areas and decided to give Vince a call. He sent us a very detailed proposal within days and we agreed to have him do the work. Vince works with his brother-in-law. They showed up on time, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They were an absolute delight to work with!

tara, helped us pic our cabinets out. what a gem not pushie she spent hours with us on more than one occasion, we wanted to get it right. felt bad that i ordered counter top from one of her compettitors. savings was just to good. she understood. they could not beat the price. but she was very professional about this. I would recomend this lowes to everyone, especially Tara

Kelly moved and we had trouble finding him again. We found him in late 2009, around October. I am now pursuing a complaint with the State Attorney of Pennsylvania. He lied to me about what he had done and the cost. I trusted him because he was a neighbor and had done work for other people in the neighborhood. It’s kind of deceitful that he can get away with something that doesn’t show, but things that the customer can see he does right.

He did excellent. They were creative and efficient. They were congenial. Their prices were fair.

I needed a lot of work done to get my new office and retail store up and running in Mt. Lebanon. Vince and his brother Scott, along with some other crew members, came to my rescue. I had other contractors bid out the job, but Vince was professional, measured everything, wrote down what I wanted during the estimate (believe me, another contractor came without his measuring tape), and outlined everything I wanted clearly. He was always available by cell before, during, and after the project. He would let me know in advance if there was a scheduling conflict, and showed up when he said he would. He came up with ideas when I was not sure which direction to go in, taking my concepts and making them a reality. My building is truly transformed, and looks better than I ever imagined it would. My favorite thing Vince always said when I thought of yet another thing that I needed to remodel would be, "whatever you need, I will do it". :)
