It was a little difficult to get prompt responses to phone calls...the first response took about 2-3 days and subsequent ones took longer (for example, I called on a Friday to confirm that I wanted the work done; I received a return call on Monday to tell me that I would be put on the schedule and they would call me back; then the next I heard from anyone was Thursday late afternoon informing me that they were on the way over to do the work). But overall, they did a very nice job, were thorough, and polite. My only remaining concern is with their cash-based accounting...I was asked to pay in cash or write a check to cash and I am not comfortable with this practice.

HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. HE DIAGNOSED MY MAGNOLIA TREE WITH MAGNOLIA SCALE, AND GAVE ME SOME HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS FOR MAKING MY YARD LOOK NICER. HE SUGGESTED THAT I WAIT UNTIL SPRING TO HAVE THE WORK DONE, AND I WILL PROBABLY CALL HIM BACK TO DO THE WORK.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CUTTING DOWN THE TREE AND REMOVING PART OF THE STUMP. THEY ALSO CLEANED UP WELL AND TOOK THE WOOD AWAY AT OUR REQUEST.
