Jeff Edwards Gallery Custom Framing

Great, please to work with Jeff. My wife initially started working with Jeff to do high end custom picture framing for the house. The quality of the frames, matting and workmanship was excellent. I started using him several years ago to do custom certificate framing for presentation to retiring Board Members of my Association. He even produced and printed the actual certificate on special paper to make the nicer look. Workmanship was perfect and Jeff was a pleasure to work with each and every time.

I've been having Jeff do framing work for us for years. This time he did an absolutely fantastic job creating a custom mirror. He went out of his way due to the dimensions of the mirror to provide us with a cardboard cut out of our required dimensions so we could see what it looked like in the space before he had to special ordered it. It turned out fantastic. I'd definitely recommend Jeff.

I would love to help support the small business owner as I usually get my framing done at Michaels. It was Thursday around 4:50pm. I pull in. The OPEN sign is on, there are no hours of business on door or window. I walk in with poster in hand, to not be greated by gentleman behind counter. I initiate the hi. He looks at his watch. So I said "Oh are you closed?" sort of confused b/c it was the middle of a normal business hour and the door and lights/sign was on. It is somewhat humorous to write this as a once potential customer. He "had to pick up food for him family. Normally I stay late even after we are closed." Needless to say I will NEVER step foot there again. He lost a very loyal customer.
