Not trustworthy! Charged a different price than what he quoted on the phone prior to his visit. Did not complete the job and would not respond to my attempts to reach him. Very unprofessional! Shame on you Harry Cook.

I asked Harry initially to repair my faucet. He said it needed to be replaced because it wasn't the appropriate size for the thickness of my counter. We agreed that I would buy the faucet and he would come back to install it. He did not charge me for that initial visit. When I bought the faucet I wanted, he came back and installed it, and only then did he charge me. He worked quickly and i am 100% satisfied with his work and his service. I have his card on my refrigerator--he is now my go-to plumber.

Quickly responded to my call. He had all the necessary supplies on hand except for the kitchen faucett. Which was replced within days at my schedule availability. Accessed the plumbing winter preparedness and made suggestions to bring up to code. He is now my goto plumber!

Great! Harry is a fair, knowledge plumber. In the past, he replumbed our kitchen, installed a sink and washtub in basement, with all new plumbing! Clean!

He was hard working. Quiet. Not a talker. Polite. Did his job very well. Cleaned up and did just what was needed. Found the roblem and fixed it. Advised what materials worked best. Also had previously put in santinary tubs in basement. Love his work. Would us again.

HARRY WAS THOROUGH IN HIS EVALUATION OF THE PROBLEM AND CONCLUDED THAT THE EXISTING VALVE WAS DEFECTIVE. HE ALSO WAS THOUGHTFUL IN CALLING ME TO GET APPROVAL FOR HIS COMING A DAY EARLIER THAN THE PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.
