Handyman of South Hills repaired a support brick pillar and also removed a wrought iron railing from a pathway.

We hired Rob to repair an area of our roof that was causing sporadic leaking into our kitchen. He provided 2 courses of action....a quick inexpensive repair and the better, solid, moderately priced, by-the-book repair. We chose the latter, which would give us long term satisfaction and peace of mind. After this heavy Spring rain weather that has tested his work on many of occasions, we are very pleased with our decision in choosing Rob's work, for we have not had any issues. He knew where the culprit to the leaking was, and repaired it as it should be. I plan on using Rob again in the near future with another property that has a leaking dilemma. We would recommend Rob for your roofing needs.

Rob, Lian, and their crew were by far the most courteous and most professional crew we have ever worked with on our home projects. We sent out a request for help on Home Advisor and another, similar website after the original contractors for our siding and deck projects declined to return and fix their previous handy work. The new deck roof was leaking into the house, and the siding was falling off. Handyman of South Hills LLC was the first to respond, and boy, were we happy about that after meeting Rob and his crew. Everything on our original list was resolved in a timely and professional manner. Rob even started going around the house and making other minor repairs at no cost, because he felt these items needed a little TLC. I cannot say enough good things about these folks. We have already hired them for more work!

They showed up the next day after I explained what needed done and completed the ,project in a couple of days when the weather permitted.

Rob is the owner, and he did a fantastic job, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a handyman to work on their home or business. The brevity of this review should not be viewed as the lack of enthusiasms of my recommendation. We hired Rob for a repair of our facet due to animal damage. Quality: the repair quality is fantastic. He wrapped the wooden facet with aluminum of the same color. The measurements Andre precise, the folding is accurate, and the end result is better than before, both esthetically and functionally. Price: the price is very fair and affordable. it respectfully reflected the urgency of the service and the quality delivered. Availability: I know this would be more random for other customers, but he understood the urgency of our repair and finished it on the next day after the inspection. We are very grateful for that. Communication: the communication is easy and smooth. Rob s wife handles a lot of calls if Rob is in the field. Both Rob and his wife is efficient communicators with great professionalism: Messages left are returned in a short time, and requests are answered as soon as they can, always on the same day. Flexibility: This is worthy of a special mention. During the inspection, there are some misunderstanding of the extent of the repair, and it is uncertain if it is my own responsibility for that misunderstanding. After first Rob thought the repair is completed, he was notified that we would like the skirts of the attic area to be repaired as well. He provided the repair without accepting more charges, even when we asked and were mentally ready to pay more. Overall, the high quality of the repair, the fair price he quoted, the ability to complete urgent request, and the flexibility with the professionalism is outstanding. I will call Rob with a blink of an eye and I recommend him to all of my friends and whom might be seeing this review.

We had two chimneys removed and drip edge installed along the roofline. Rob worked very quickly and the work was done well. He and Lian are also very kind, and were flexible to our needs.
