The work went very well.  George was determined to find and fix the blockage in our drain, and did.  He did a fine job.  The same can be said for installing the toilet and insta-hot device.  The insta-hot device required some expertise as it was complicated to install in a small under-cabinet location.  George is a master plumber with much experience.  He works by himself and his hourly rate reflects his experience.  While a bit expensive, you are paying for experience which helps the jobs he does go smoothly and be done in a professional manner.

George is a talented, trustworthy, caring and personable plumber and he does a fabulous job.  He is super responsive and I would highly recommend him.  He works hard and gets a lot accomplished in as little time as possible. He made many extra trips for me and had to deal with my cement contractor and city and county officials.  He is amazing.

I regularly recommend George to all of my real estate clients for their plumbing needs. George is very reliable, prompt and professional AND he's a master plumber!

George arrived on time and thoroughly explained what he was doing. The property was vacant and the home owner wanted to confirm that the plumbing was unaffected by the very cold weather.

You'll pay a few extra dollars to have George perform your plumbing work; however, I firmly believe that you "get what you pay for". He's worth it.

I received a letter from the township that I had a sewer cover buried on my property - about 3 feet deep and I was responsible for excavating and bringing the access up to ground level.  I was given 60 days to complete it.  I had lived at this house for 21 years and never knew there was a sewer cover so it had to have been buried for over 25 years at least (the house was 25 years old).  George reviewed the situation worked with the township and coordinated with an excavator to dig down to the cover.  He then proposed several solutions to the township, working on my behalf.  This could have cost me over $20K to perform the work the township wanted but with George's help the township agreed to take care of it as long as I paid George and the excavator.

There's not much to say. George replaced the failing part and I paid him. He gave me some advice on some other plumbing questions around the house and didn't try to sell me the work. This is the second time I've used him and I am satisfied once again.

I received a letter from my township in April that I had a sanitary sewer manhole buried 2' deep on my property and I was responsible for having it raised above ground within 60 days. It must have been buried over 25 years ago.   George was very prompt and offered advice on how to deal with the situation.  He coordinated the inspection with the township, including getting an excavator.  It turned out that the job appeared very difficult and expensive.  George gave the township an estimate for how he would do the job knowing that the township decided to do the job themselves.  He was very professional and helpful.  I will call him the next time I need a plumber.

We have a relationship, I have known him for so long. His work has always been the best.  He can be a little pricey but I know he is going to do what he says he does.  He always cleans up after himself.  He is honest.

We met George Brinker in April 2012 when he came recommended to us by the company who did our dye test when we were selling our house. He put in a fresh air vent in our driveway so that we could pass the dye test. We liked George so much that we asked him to do the work explained above for our new house. Approximately a week after he hooked up the washer and dryer, he came back to fix the gas leak coming from the hot water heater. He technically didn't charge us for that visit because I think he appreciated all of the work he had just done for us recently. We called him one more time to get his opinion on raising our downspout connection so that a landscaper could do some grading. He was honest about what he could and could not do because our gas meter is right next to the downspout, and he did not do the work because he did not think it would help our issue with the grading. He did not charge us for coming out and talking about the downspout.

The pipe burst on a Sunday, but we were able to slow the leak to a trickle with indoor valve and the water was outdoors, so it was not an emergency. Called George on Monday morning and he returned my call within a couple of hours. He was able to come mid-afternoon, despite there being a lot of burst pipes around due to recent thaw after very cold temps. He replaced the indoor valve so it would work completely, including installing a drain for use in winter. He replaced the burst portion of the pipe outdoors. Very efficient and knowledgeable and willing to explain things.

We hired George to replace the plumbing in our basement bathroom. He was professional, efficient and very easy to understand as he explained the issues we had going on in our basement. He had to dig up the entire powder room - but he was so meticulous and clean, you couldn't even tell he had been working at the end of the second day (no residual dust/dirt in the house). He was excellent! We Highly recommend George.

When I called George, both of my laundry tubs were full to the brim with water and going nowhere.  He considered it an emergency for me as I could not do laundry or run the dishwasher. Came right out that day and took care of everything.

We had a backed up sewer into our basement laundry room.  George came and worked to determine where the clog occurred (he was able to locate it under the garage floor by measuring the amount of mechanical "snake" it took to reach the clog).  After determining the location, he worked to remove the clog (which he did) and then made sure that there was no further clog downstream until the snake reached the outside house trap.  Several days later, the drain clogged again.  George arranged to come out right away, and also to have the sewer videotaped this time.  The videotaping was necessary to confirm if there was a pipe break or tree root or something else causing the clogging.  George re-snaked the pipe to open the drain again.  He did not charge anymore stating that the second trip was "covered" by the first trip's cost.  The drain was videotaped, and George reviewed it with me to show me where the clog had occurred.  He stated that the existing pipe was in good shape, and nothing more should be needed.  After cleaning up well after himself on both occasions, he also told me to call again should we experience any further problems, and he would come out right away.

I found George to be personable, straight-forward in explaining his work, and competent in performing his work.  I would recommend him without reservation.

George did the dye test on the home we were selling.  We flunked.  George took care of making sure we would pass until we had unforeseen problems (too long a story) with a neighbor.  George then had to change direction and put a sump pump in the garage.  He also worked with a roofer to get everything working right.  He was very helpful and knowedgeable.

It went very well, George installed a new 50 Gal tall water heater and expansion tank. It only took a couple of hours and he took the old one with him. He cleaned everything up so it looked just like I'd left it, only with a new water heater.

Work was estimated and then completed on a VERY aggressive timeline to meet closing requirements. Very prompt, service was exactly as expected, price was very fair. Provided a thorough explanation for all work performed. Would definitely use him again.

George is a great plumber and we use him a lot. The owners left the plumbing in this house a bit of an octopus mess and George cleaned it up. There were 2 hot H20 tanks, one electric and one gas hooked in series. George removed both, fixed the piping mess and put in a new 50 gal gas tank. He also replaced the main shutoff valve to the house and cemented the exhaust pipes from the hot H20 tank and our boiler into the chimney. We've used him in the past for both H20 and gas lines and he does a great job and is someone you can trust.
