Very personable when here to do the bid  but that is where the good ends.
After partially edging the beds it took them a week to spread 15 yards of mulch. They did not trim one tree or bush, they did not haul away the yard waste as per the contract. After the 15 yards of mulch was spread he wanted a check and said he would give a bid on the rest of the yard. This was the supposed to be included in the original bid.
Here is a list of problems:
1. GROSSLY underestimated the project. He estimated 15 yards of mulch, when it will take at least 45 yards to do the job.
2. Did not live up to the contract bid.
3. Showed up most days at 11am and was done by 4pm. This was due to the yards mowing commitments he had. This was after daily communications asking when he would be arriving.
4. After I marked our dogs invisible fence wire with bright yellow marking paint, they cut it 5 times out of the 6 possible locations.
5. Did not edge all the beds that were included in the original price.
I would not let this person on my property. He is not experienced enough and does live up to his commitments.
We have hired another firm to finish the job

They started off good and the yard looked very nice!  I was happy with their work.  As we got rain in the forecast they started coming every OTHER week and they did NOT work on weekends to make up the missed cut. It is now August 19th and they have not been here for two weeks with no call or explanation that they would not be here. My grass is terribly long and I need to scramble to find someone else to cut it.  They have not returned any of my calls.

They returned my initial call immediately and came to give me an estimate very quickly.  Very nice, hard working young men.  They do a great job on the lawn and it looks so nice for a change!
