Excellent. During busiest time of season, my mower wouldn't stay running. Dropped it off at Evey (late hours, even on wkds!); they told me it could be up to 2 weeks; they had it done in two days(!) for a very reasonable price. Glad to give my business to this local Bethel Park business.

The employees are so friendly here. They have been trained well in customer service. My mower was not able to be repaired, and I was told this, within 2 days of dropping off. I was not charged, so that was nice! I will start shopping here now, over going to the big box places.

They did a great job; we dropped it off on a Wednesday, and they came to the car to help unload it.  Previously, I changed the spark plug, changed the oil, and filter, and put in more gas, but it wouldn't turn on when the cord was pulled.  They called Saturday and said it was ready; the fuel line just needed cleaned, and they gave advice on how to prevent this problem in the future.  I mowed the lawn today and it worked perfectly!

The people we dealt with at Evey True Value Hardware were very courteous and professional.  The lawnmower was ready for
pickup when they said it would be.  We would deal with them again.

I had been to them to get my lawnmower repaired. They told me that, doing the repairs would be exorbitant. So I wanted to buy the new ones for about the cost of repairs from them. The good thing was that they picked it up from my house, took it to their place to repair and deliver the new ones to me for no fees. Their service was good. I'm an old guy and I can't carry a lawnmower, so I liked the fact that they would come to my house and pick it up and deliver when it’s done. Their price is fair. They did everything the way I had hoped. I felt comfortable with them. I happen to buy a new snow blower from them and got a good deal on it, for $350 and I thought it was low-priced for a snow blower of that quality. They repaired my lawn mower and re-did the repairs and as it wouldn’t run at all, they worked it over last year and it cost me only $100 for everything. I would continue to use them in the future.

They were very helpful all around. They have done things for us and helped us on phone calls to fix things. It's nice to have someone close to rent tools from that we don't need all the time. We go there all the time for all kinds of things.

The job was completed in the one week time promised.
