She’s a great designer, and she understands my tastes. Responsiveness can be a bit of an issue. But I think she’s worth the wait.

Aside from a few delivery delays (cabinets, countertop), I really enjoyed working with Jennifer (the designer) and Jim (the contractor). Jennifer was very in tune with what I wanted, and she and Jim did excellent work. I plan to have them do my master bathroom remodel when the time comes.

Jennifer is a very talented designer and it is obvious that she really enjoys what she does and working with people. The quality of the kitchen cabinets is very good. Her price was lower than we got from the big box stores or from anyone else. She spent much more time working with us than the bid box stores would, and she worked with us in our home, as opposed to us having to go to the store. Unfortunately the company that manufactures the cabinets my wife chose was leveled in a tornado in Alabama. Since my wife wanted those exact cabinets, we had to wait six months for the cabinets to be delivered, then the company delivered the wrong cabinets which caused further delays. Because of the delay, although it was not her fault, Jennifer did not change us for the installation of the kitchen, and the cost was several thousand dollars.
We're very happy with our new kitchen. I am sure anyone else will find Jennifer to be a very talented interior design artist, as well as professional and enjoyable to work with.
