We can't say enough about the quality of craftsmanship and the responsiveness of all parties involved at Ceramic Tile Sales and More. The owners, first Bob, and now Andy, recognize that customer care and service is the key to their business. Their installers are meticulous and care about the quality of their work. Andy, the owner, and Bobby, the installer, came to look at an issue we were having and promptly, professionally and cheerfully took care of the issue. We would not have anyone else install tile or floors in our house, and highly recommend Ceramic Tile Sales and More.

Bob and Jeff and the workman were just fabulous from the very beginning of estimates and ending with the conclusion of the job. The installers were extremely professional and always on time. They did everything they could to make the job as clean and easy on us for the two weeks they were here. They were also very skilled in their work. I would highly recommend their services and would certainly use them again.

I went to Ceramic Tile Sales and More already knowing what kind of tile we wanted.  We made an appointment for Jeff to come out and take measurements to give us a bid on the installation and the tile for the installation.  Jeff showed up on time, took measurements and got the bid to me the next day.  We accepted their bid and the tile and grout were ordered.
We had to wait for the new countertops to be installed before the tile work could be done.  Jeff kept in contact with me during the wait to make sure that they were ready to do our work  as soon as we were ready.
Bob showed up to do the install at 8:30.  He drop clothed the area between our entry and kitchen, and put drop cloths down over the entire kitchen and countertops.  He had to move the fridge and stove, and even had a smart method to do so to prevent any damage from just sliding them on the floor.  He did a great job with the installation and the grouting.  It took him the full day and he even stayed later to make sure that our job was fully complete that day.  He cleaned everything up and explained what we needed to do for maintenance.

Everything was very good from the initial estimate and their choice of tile. They have a large showroom with 1000's of tiles to choose but since i have no design sense at all I told them generally what i wanted and they selected a very nice neutral tile and grout. The installation occurred around 3 weeks after I signed the contract and provided the 50% deposit. The work was scheduled to take 3 days but they completed it in 2 days. The room was very clean when they were finished.

Found them based on a angies list review. Had picked the tile already and was calling around for prices. Turned out they had the best price for the tile and installation. Can't speak highly enough about the whole process. Bob(owner) and the whole staff were a joy to work with. Installation team did a FANTASTIC job. Very detail oriented. They did the small extra things that makes the job turn out great.  What more can you say, they did what they promised to do, when they promised to do it and it turned out fantastic.

We were very impressed with the floor and the installers, including their sales people. They were courteous and kept the area clean. Bob(the installer) took time to answer all my questions. He was a very polite young man. I will not be using anyone else for future work. I have gotten so many compliments on my kitchen floor. The workmanship was excellent. The only slight disappointment was that it was installed about 3 wks later than original estimated date given.

They were excellent. They came when they said they would and everything was done when they said it would be. There was one wood that had an issued but they came out immediately, repaired it and replaced it. I couldn’t have been happier with them.

I dealt with Renee at Ceramic Tile.  She was excellent in helping me to pick the tile for the floor and wall.  I plan on updating my kitchen soon and will no doubt go there to order the tile.  It was a great experience--wonderful an helpful people.

They did beautiful work! Good workmanship and very neat. He was very meticulous and professional. I did not think he was the cheapest guy in town, but he was certainly worth it. I would highly recommend him.

Bob from Ceramic Tile Sales and More was very professional. He came to our initial appointment on time and recommended several  design ideas that proved to be very useful. His estimate for the work was very detailed and addressed all of our questions.  After accepting his quote, Bob's crew came to our home and installed the tile. The finished product is beautiful. The workmanship is excellent. His crew also was very careful to clean up all left over materials. Again, this is a very professional company that takes pride in their work and I would recommend them.

We had designed our bath from tiles we had seen at several showrooms around town.  We had heard such good things about CTS that we knew we wanted them to do the install. We took our plans to them, and even though they did not have the tile we wanted in the showroom, they were able to get it for us.  We had gutted the bathroom ourselves, then CTS came and hung and finished the drywall.  They installed tiles ( decorative and field tiles) around the tub area and on the ceiling over the tub. They also installed tiles on the floor.  They were polite, professional and very conscientious. The project turned out exactly as we had hoped it would. We were extremely pleased.
