Jim is exteremely professional and thorough. He stands by his work and has always done a great job.

Jim did an excellent job with the removal of old cBinets and installation of new ones. He had to make some adjustments as the new cabinets were slightly larger. His workmanship was excellent. he had to drill holes in the cabinets and each was very neat. The caulking for the countertops was also very neat. He arrived on time and cleaned up every day.

We were very pleased with the result. We knew from past experience that Jim does excellent work. We first used him years ago to replace our roof, after he was recommended to us by neighbors. We subsequently had Jim do some repair work on our deck. Jim is courteous, punctual, and responsive. We recently recommended him to friends who were looking to replace their roof, and they were very happy with the result.

We had initially contacted Brookside Lumber Company and received Jim Fritz's name as a potential contractor. Soon after contacting Jim, he came to our house to review and discuss the work we wanted done. Jim forwarded kitchen dimensions to Gene Haddock at Brookside, who we then met with separately to discuss our kitchen cabinet design. Once we selected cabinets, Jim gave us a quotation for the work involved. Jim prefers to complete current projects before beginning a second, so he gave us a tentative start date but asked for no deposit. Once the start date approached, we gave Jim a small deposit ( $4000) to order cabinets. Once Jim began, the work moved quickly. Demolition went fast, Jim's subcontractors (plumbing, electrical, tile and dry wall) came as schedule and did neat work. Jim was very conscientious about cleaning up the work area (still there was construction dust in the house). We are very happy with the end result. Jim and his crews did excellent work.
