We contacted Carpet and Tile Liquidators based on the recommendation of a friend who had used them in the past, and was himself formerly a carpet installer. After professionally measuring our rooms and discussing detail options, they generated a quote for us. Since it was over our budget, they were happy to show me other choices that would still meet our needs for a high quality carpet but would be less expensive. We easily found something that fit within our budget and was very competitively priced with the big box stores. Given that we were trying to have it installed before we moved in to the house, they placed our order immediately. Due to unexpected travel, we ended up with just one day to have it installed before our move-in date, and they accommodated us, having the installers out at 6 am to squeeze us in! The carpets look and feel amazing, the detail work on the stairs is perfect. We honestly couldn't be happier. Although the pricing may have been similar to that of a box store, I felt that we had a very personalized experience with Carpet and Tile Liquidators, and it was obvious that everyone there was very knowledgeable and very professional in their business. I especially commend Valerie, who I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to on several occasions. We would recommend this company without hesitation to any of our friends, the quality and service was top notch and we would use them ourselves for any needs in the future.
