He is readily accessible by phone. If he is working for you he will give you his phone number. He is well spoken, he is punctual and he shows up when he is supposed to or if not he will say upfront, I'm behind another job and reschedule it whenever. His work is good and he stands by it.

Cardiello Construction is great. His crew is competent. He visited the site all day to make sure everything was going well. His prices are good, for what he does. He does a good job, so I felt his price was good. We've used them before, to install a roof on another house we owned.
