Great service. We've used Mike and Bugout for three years. It's worth every penny.

Overall Mike is great. He phones several days before he plans on coming to see if that day is satisfactory with us. Always arrives when he says he will. Very professional and friendly. We are extremely satisfied with him and the pest control.

I had a big hornet's nest and I called A to Z pest control initially and they couldn't come out that day, but they referred me to their brother-in-law from Bug-Out America, so he came out right away, that same day and he honored his brother-in-law's coupon. He came out that week before I went away, looked at the nest, and I paid him and he came back and removed it while I was gone. His name is Michael Yoder and he was awesome. He charged me fifty dollars off from two ninety five because he honored the coupon, so he charged $250 for removing a single hornet's nest from way up high on my house. He was prompt, efficient, friendly and affordable.

We have been using Bug Out America for about eight years. They show up on time as requested and have always backed up there work.

They came the same day that I called them. The exterminator offered to drive an unmarked van, so the neighbors would not know what was going on. He gave me his cell phone number, so I could call if there were any problems. When he came and we were not home, he would leave a detailed report of what he had done and he always returns my calls.
