I phoned at 11:00 a.m., and a service technician arrived at 2:00 p.m. Diagnosed the problem, replaced and repaired what was needed, and departed before 3:00 p.m. Prompt. Knowledgeable, Efficient. Fair. And, everything working again! p.s. also, on their own initiative, cleaned up their mess (a bonus!)

I called and left a message at 8:30am. I got a call back within a half hour to verify the service and Bill arrived by 11am! Bill did some preliminary checks and found the problem in less than 15 minutes! He was very friendly and showed me how to check some additional things in the future and did a full review of my line. Very friendly and I will definitely use him in the future!

He gave estimate which was competitive. We went with a different brand of AC he does not carry or install.

Fine, no problems.  I call Bill for all my furnace, AC, problems.  He has also installed a water heater for me.  I am consistently satisfied with the quality of his work and the cost.

They were fast....k knowledgeable....efficient...can not say enough good about them....no pressure sales pitch.....this was our first time using the compa ny and was so pleased from the first phone call until the finished job.

First and foremost, Mr. Brody is honest.  I had two technicians (one from Lowes and one from Beverley) tell me that the compressor was "dead" or "locked up" and that I needed to write them a check for $4000 to replace the entire central AC system.  I always get three quotes for a big ticket item like this, so I asked Mr. Brody to look at my central AC.  He added a $30 part, a compressor booster, and new my central AC works just fine.  He didn't try to sell me a $4000 system that I didn't need -- he told me the truth.
From now on, any HVAC work that needs to be done, I will call Mr. Brody and only Mr. Brody.

Brody's did a great job moving some vents to accommodate cabinet placement for our kitchen remodel. They were so fast and extremely reasonably priced.

We love Brody.  I recommended them to so many people.  They are fantastic.  They are quick to return the phone call, we needed an air conditioner repair a couple of times at the end of summer and they came almost immediately and then we ended getting a whole HVAC system replaced.  They were affordable and they came highly recommended from other family members.  They are just nice guys and really trustworthy and easy to work with.  They are fantastic.

Bill Brody is the owner of this company.  I have been using him for years.  It was good price.

He's very friendly, a family man, he really knows his work and has good prices. he has put in my air conditioning about probably 10 years ago. He warned me about the lease. He says the lease is very bad they'll rip you off like crazy. I had him again in July and he exchanged my furnace. He sent me a thank you letter and everything.

He's my regular guy. He is fine and good. He is very fair and reasonable. If it is nothing, he will tell me. He came the next day the last time he was here. He was here close to an hour. He's a good guy and he's very honest. I was thinking of getting a whole new heating system but he said that it was just a minor little thing. I've been using him for 8 years.

THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND ON TIME. ALL WORKERS WERE FRIENDLY. THERE WERE NO ADDED COSTS. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK, WHICH HAS BEEN CONSISTENT OVER THE YEARS.

GOOD WORK. HE WAS COGNIZANT OF COMPETITORS AND WORKED WITH US TO PROVIDE QUOTE. HE ALSO HAULED EXCESS MATERIAL AWAY AND DOES ANNUAL INSPECTIONS AS PART OF REGULAR SALES PACKAGE. HE IS A HARD WORKER AND IS RELIABLE.
