I have taken my car there a couple of times and they have been great. Yes, I would definitely use them again. I feel like they explain everything thoroughly in a way I can understand. I do not feel like they are trying to upsell at all. I am unsure if they have loaner cars or if they would pick you up and drop you off at your house, I have never had to use those services. I have never used the waiting room, I usually drop off the car, they call me when it's done, and I pick it up. The workers are very professional.

My last visit was excellent.

I had a small, hard- to-find gasoline leak that created an intermittent gas smell in my beloved older car. The technician diligently examined and drove the car and was able to find and fix it -- it turned out to be just a loose clamp. I also had the front brake pads and rotors replaced and the radiator flushed and filled. This was my first time using this shop, which I had seen in a TV ad and then checked out on Angie's list, and I was very impressed. They are skilled, fast, and very nice as well as reasonably priced. I will definitely take my car here again and I strongly recommend this provider.

Our Jeep broke down and needed towed into Bethel Park Automotive. Ralph and the guys there were crazy quick in updating me on the issues and resolving them. Within an afternoon, we had the Jeep back and running. Great place to go.

They are the only place I take our families cars.

It is a nice clean well-organized shop. They seem to pay a lot of attention to detail. If you make some inquiries, you will get personalized service. If you are just in and out, you don't really get any extra customer service; you kind of have to dig for it a little bit. I would use them again.

Every visit went well. I believe they are honest, and don't scam. In addition, they seem to know what they are doing.

They did the job for the quoted price and they did an excellent job. I investigated other places and I got prices all over the map but Bethel Park had someone familiar with Lexus so it was half of what the dealer would have charged. The guys were great and I will definitely use them again.

I'm not an easy person to get along with, so they really deserve the great grade. I'd say the price was about average; I didn't find it outrageous. The quality of their work was excellent. They get back to me quickly; all I have to do is call and bring the car up. If they have to keep my car overnight, they will give me a loaner for no charge. One time, my car had to be towed. They were able to get that to happen for no charge.

They are good about reminding us on check ups. They have fixed the gaskets on my cars. I have a 1989 car that they have kept in good shape for me and it still runs pretty well. Price varies depending on the job you have done.

Their prices are competitive. Their mechanics are great trouble shooters and the quality of their work is good. I am really satisfied w/their work.
