AUTO PERFECTION

I bought the 4 tires online at Tire Rack and selected Auto Perfection as an affiliated Installer known to Tire Rack. Tire Rack shipped the tires directly to Auto Perfection. I scheduled an appointment about one week out. When the date/time arrived, I drove there and the guys were ready to work. I waited while the tires were installed; less than two hours. Quality service. Clean, comfortable waiting area. This is a shop run by car guys who are fair and professional. Competitive prices especially for independent shop quality of service.

Straightforward, competent and honest PA state inspection station.

Solid automobile maintenance at a proper rate.
Technically competent, all-around professional, thorough and honest work was performed. Vehicle was completed on time as scheduled. All work fully reported and documented. I can add the completed service worksheet to the car's history file I keep up-to-date.
The Honda has run smooth ever since this work was performed. I've put 1,200 miles on the Honda since this maintenance. Work included all the things that you should have performed while inside this front part of the engine:
timing belt
serpentine belt
idler
tensioner assembly
water pump
fill & bleed cooling system
oil & filter change
I was consulted up front about how to approach this job the right way; what tasks are involved was explained to me.
Upon pickup, I was presented a review of what was performed, my questions were answered fully and it was clear that the owner cares that I am satisfied.

He is wonderful. The owner really takes the time to sit down and talk with you about your cars. One of his mechanics is very good and we really like him. They are all trust worthy and you can believe what he says and I highly recommend them.

Overall I've been pleased with their service. Other times I've had them do brakes (pads + rotors) and belts. They are always very fair and honest with repairs. They're also willing install items from TireRack. It is a busy shop, so it can take a while (week or two) to get an appointment but it's worth waiting if you have the time. Other members of my family take their cars there too. I really appreciate that they take the time to explain the work that needs done and the costs involved, in detail. This is my local, trustworthy garage and will continue to go back.

Our whole family uses this mechanic. I think he is a car fanatic and that is who I want working on our vehicles. He knows all about different makes and models. He is honest and will tell you if it's worth it to repair the car or get something else. He may be priced on the high side, but you do get what you pay for! He can tackle many auto problems.

Joe worked closely with me and finished this large job in a timely manner. He gave me pricing up front that let me know how much to expect to pay at the end. He consulted with me to make sure we were doing what needed done now (and no unnecessary work), so we would have the car right the first time, and not have to come back again in the near future. He advised me of issues that came up during the repair process. He was very careful to test drive the car thoroughly after the repairs to make sure everything was perfect. We took the car on a trip a few days later and it ran like new.
