Fantastic work by owner Gregg Ament and his crew from beginning to end for two 6-hour days this summer and several days last fall. Gregg is a true professional---degreed and certified--bringing his vast knowledge and experience, his practical problem-solving skills, and his artistry and love of the work to the job. He works side-by-side with his crew. His planning respects customer preferences and budgets; his invoicing is prompt and detailed, leaving us great written records of our work. Gregg is also a gentleman and is friendly, calm and patient; his crew is stable, polite and skilled. Ament Landscaping will improve anything they touch. Hire them if you are lucky enough to do so!

I was very happy with the service provided by Gregg and his team.  He was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, and once the job began, his team worked very hard to get things done quickly.  They would arrive at my house by 7 AM each day, which helped since it allowed me to speak with them if needed before I left for work, and they worked long days to get the job done.

The quality of the work exceeded my expectations - they took extra time to install the landscape fabric with a channel running around the perimeter, and they reset all of the stones along the border in a better way than they found them.  The sod looked great and was a much better match to the existing grass than I expected.  Finally, the team applied the excess mulch to other parts of the yard that needed it, at no additional cost to me.  This was a welcome surprise!

Gregg and his crew are always professional and on time. They leave their work areas cleaner than before they arrived!! Gregg is amiable, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend. We get compliments on our landscaping all the time!!

Gregg and his crew were extremely professional and punctual, and they sometimes showed up early! We love what they did with our landscaping, and the price was right. Would recommend to anyone and would definitely use them again!

It was a great experience from one end to the other.  Gregg returned my phone call within one day.  He was able to come to the house the same week and we walked the property and discussed the work to be done.  Gregg provided excellent suggestions and I quickly understood that I was talking to somebody who really knew his business.  He emailed me a proposed landscape design and estimates within a few days of the walk around.  His design looked great and the price was fair and reasonable so we arranged for the work to be done.  Greg and crew arrived on the agreed to date and quickly went to work.  The crew was professional, courteous, and thorough in all that they did.  The effort took a little over two days and the results and finished product look really great.  Gregg's design and work transformed the look of the house & property - I'm getting compliments from all the neighbors and even people who are just passing by.

Gregg is very professional.  He contacted me right away and we discussed the job.  He emailed me a graphic a few days later with what the finished product would like and a quote.  We made some adjustments from there and then set a date.  Gregg was very accommodating to my requests and schedule and pretty much took care of everything.  That part of the yard looks 1000 times better.  The quote was a little higher than I was expecting, but not outrageous and I really needed to get the job done.  I would certainly use Ament again.

On time. Efficient, did x-tam for no additional cost. Very nice people and they clean up after the job with no mess to clean.

He was great to work with. While he was working on a neighbor's project I asked him to provide an estimate for work. It was a very reasonable estimate and I jumped on it. I have a lot of garden beds that needed weeding, seasonal clean up, and new mulch put down. He was very timely and even lowered the bill from the original quote based on work completed.  It's nice to know honesty is there to correct the bill for what the final job entailed.

Gregg was very professional, and easy to work with.  We completely redid our back yard.  Among our goals were reducing the amount of water running off the yard behind us and across our yard and patio area, and improving the highly compacted soil in the new lawn and garden areas.  Gregg worked hard to meet our expectations, and did a great job on all of the work.  We now have a yard we are happy to use, rather than one we don't use, and the water garden has greatly reduced the flow of water into our yard, up against the house, and down the drive to the street.
