Ted Serjak Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

It's been six weeks since the initial contact. We never got an estimate nor a call back, even though he was at our house twice. When we would call him there was always an excuse. We ended up having to go with another contactor.

Mr Ted Serjak was contacted at 9 am he said i will be there by 1 pm of the same day. Mr Serjak never called when he didn't show up for his scheduled appt.  I called Mr Serjak again he said he was sorry for not calling or showing up , in the mean time the sink flooded again all over the carpet,  When i rescheduled with Mr Serjak he said he will be there again at 1 but he was 3 hrs late again, then charged me 250 dollars , and it only took him 20 minutes to do the job. In the mean time i had to pay to get my carpets cleaned since the sink flooded which cost me 500 to get it professionally done so i wouldn't get mold.  I would not use this plumber for anything ever again.
