We are Stucco Inspection and Testing Specialists. If you are selling, or considering purchasing a stucco home, give us a call. Our highly skilled inspectors will evaluate the stucco and perform invasive testing which will show if there is damage behind the stucco. We will then provide a comprehensive report which indicates the extent of the damage and what repairs if any may be needed. We are a family owned company and take great pride in accommodating you and any special timeline requirements you may have. Gabe did a very thorough job with the invasive stucco inspection while answering all of my stucco questions and being very respectful of the property he was inspecting. It went very well. Mr. Kesslick and his Associate were very professional and explained all of the details of the inspection. They took the time to do a through job and we have confidence that his report is both honest and accurate. The cost was $995 and it was money well spent.

Gabe and his crew did a wonderful job. They were knowledgeable and knew exactly what they were doing. They found moisture in couple of places and gave detailed report. Also recommended Stucco Remediation companies. Best thing is that they return back for any questions / concerns after the inspection is done and payment is complete. That's the best thing.

I have worked with Gabe and his team on multiple transactions and have been impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness, and honesty. He is not afraid to share the bad news that could kill the dream of owning a particular home and when it comes to stucco issues this is crucial. Remediation is too expensive to not have a team of impartial and experienced professionals examine your property. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience. The owner Gabe was absolutely awesome to work with. We hired him to perform a stucco inspection on a home we are purchasing. He was an absolute professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain what he saw while performing the inspection, and made sure that he answered any questions we had. They provide a very comprehensive report which includes detailed explanations of their findings and recommendations on any actions needed. There are a lot of complaints on the internet about dishonest stucco inspectors but you can rest assured that stucco safe is not one of them. I highly recommend Gabe and Stucco Safe for a reliable, professional, and great experience!

The process went well. Stucco Safe came out when they said they would, explained in detail the examination process and kept me informed as they went about their work. They answered all my questions during the process. Their written report was thorough and was sent within 2 days of their visit.

After talking with a friend about a high priced repair of stucco they needed to make on their home, we decided to have testing done to ours just to see how we would fare. This company was recommended and the price was competitive with the few others we looked at. The workers were professional and considerate of my property. Al, who did my testing, was very knowledgeable and discussed with me in great detail what his findings were. The process involved drilling in several locations and probing. I received a 30 page report a few days later which showed the results of the testing. The report was a bit daunting at first and a lot of the more general stuff I did not read to be honest. The photos of my house that detailed the exact testing probe points and the results of each in easy-to-decipher scoring and color code were excellent. My report showed a pretty much clean bill of health except for a single area where we had already noticed a bit of drywall distortion on the inside of the house. Basically, their findings agreed well with what we thought may have been an issue....Stucco Safe did not know about that in advance....Good to know that our issue was isolated and that the bulk of the house is in good shape. Great company to deal with, would recommend.

Our next move was to hire a company known as stucco safe which were just finishing on my neighbors home. We were fortunate that the service was started almost right away. Although the cost was a large investment but we are thankful things hadn't progressed to need more work than we had done. But the work was invasive and with that in mind we felt our choice of choosing stucco safe was a wise choice. The men were on the job without exception and while I do believe we would rather not had such a need but this is my home where i am raising my children and we are now finished with the process and are once again happy to call this home. That said should anyone read this do understand over the years we have experienced other contractors and am thankful with the level of professionalism was without question and I don't wish this ordeal on anyone but should you have a stucco faced home as do we i do strongly recommend you face the fact and get tested as from what I have learned this is anything but uncommon. I was getting ready to sell my stucco home and my realtor suggested I have the stucco checked out. This company came recommended so I had them do the inspection. The inspector was very knowledgable, and was at my home for over 5 hours doing the actual testing. The report provided was very in depth and they did actually find one area that needed to be repaired. I would highly recommend this service.

We decided to have our house checked, since we saw reports on the news of problems with stucco that were pretty expensive. We contacted Stucco Safe and they did a nice job. They came out and put the probes in the house in a number of spots and gave me a report. It did not turn out I had problems with the stucco, but I'm glad I had the testing done. They were knowledgeable and easy to work with.
