The passenger door, side view mirror fell off the vehicle on Route 1.
I called to see if one was in stock, it was and I headed over. I arrived
right before closing, and they sold me the part and installed it at no charge.
I have a Volvo dealer 1 mile from my home but after bad experiences there I
would rather drive the 12 miles to keystone for service work.

I don't really have any dislikes. They've been very helpful. The service department was great. The sales department was great. I don't really have any complaints about them. Everybody has been helpful.

The service manager was great. He gave me a real good estimate on a scheduled maintenance, and certainly followed through. They did a fine job. They followed up with me after the repair as well, just to make sure everything was going well. In terms of price perspective, they are cheaper than another dealership in the area. They are very good.

The sales team here is absolutely phenomenal. They were very customer service oriented, polite, and they maintained a no pressure attitude when selling me those cars. Couple that with giving me a great deal on my car, and you are looking at a company that made me one happy customer. I have since used them to service my Volvo that department is very impressive as well. I am quite pleased with the facility itself and I feel I am constantly treated like a valued customer. The made it worth my drive to purchase the car that I wanted.
