For the first year the work was done acceptably, and was completed as requested. Last year and this year the service has declined dramatically and is no longer acceptable. They have done cursory work which has damaged sections of the yard, and they have ignored other tasks that they initially promised to complete. We have tried to contact them both by telephone and by letter, but they have been totally unresponsive. We consider them "fired" and are searching for another lawn mowing service to take on the work that they have failed to perform. We will not continue using their services and cannot recommend them.

He is lovely. He is a truly nice gentleman, a professional, not a pushy guy. He is excellent. His men do a wonderful job. His head guy, Carlos, is awesome. My neighbor's tree fell on my house and they did a great job cleaning up.
