We go to them for everything. We go to them for inspections and for everything. We really like them. They are honest and they have never let us down. I don't know what the cost was but it was two high intensity headlights. It was not the blue lights but just the higher intensity lights. I think it was like $100 to replace them both but they weren't just regular headlights. It was a lot of labor. It made a huge difference in my ability to see. They always come through. They are very dependable.

Exceptional service and extremely honest. Since finding Franklins years ago we would not go anywhere else! They have helped us over the years with car problems, some hard to detect, and always found the problem and took care of it at an extemely reasonable cost. When we had the unfortunate problem of having one car rear ended between my daughter's wedding and my son's wedding (two weeks apart) they worked with us to get the car back in working order. They went out of their way to find out the info we needed to rebuild the car at a time when we were otherwise occupied! Would truly not go anywhere else.

They are honest, punctual. They don't just fix it. They do more than that. They are always spot on and polite. They never try to fix something that is not broke. They are very laid back. They are rated A+ with the business bureau.
